I am a Carbon County native. My husband, family, and I have spent the majority of our lives in the area. I was raised in a family-owned business and developed a strong work ethic from my youth. My primary background is in petroleum product wholesale and retail, and transportation. I also have experience with real estate and commercial and residential building and development. My motivation to serve on the Fuller Center Board stems from years of observing my parents serve others and the community. I was shown by example that is important to support our area and the industries that have given so much to Carbon and Emery Counties.

I have lived in Carbon County with my family for about 20 years. I have five children, two of them married, and two grandchildren (with one more on the way). At the moment I still have one son at home for another year and a half. I have a son serving a mission in Argentina; a son attending SUU and a son finishing at BYU, and my daughter is in TN with her family. My husband is an ER physician in Castle View hospital. I graduated from BYU in 1996 with a degree in English. I have work with the cross country team at CHS as one of the coaches. I love riding mountain and road bikes, and I compete in triathlons every year. I am a pretty good at cooking and have been thinking about getting a home kitchen microenterprise license in order to turn my talents into a small home business.
